Distillery Information

Highland Park distillery was founded by Magnus Eunson, who illicitly distilled whisky in the late 1700s before obtaining an official license in 1826. Located on the Orkney islands, the distillery is known for its use of traditional floor maltings and local peat from the heather-rich landscape, which gives its single malt Scotch whisky a distinctive, lightly smoky flavor.
