Highland Park Limited Single Cask #3004 33 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Brown sugar, toffee and salted pretzels with fruity notes and vanilla pods.

Palate: Initially peppery on the tongue, but the fruit then comes through. Tropical fruits, heather honey, and a gentle wave of light peat smoke. Rich and oily mouthfeel.

Finish: Medium-long with cinnamon and nutmeg spice, which slowly fade away. Citrus then comes to the fore for a satisfying conclusion.

Distillery Information

Located on the Isle of Orkney, Highland Park is Scotland’s most northerly distillery. The distillery was founded in the late eighteenth century by an Orcadian smuggler called Magnus Eunson. Highland Park single malt whisky is rich, sweet and fruity, with a gentle touch of peat smoke. The distillery produces a range of popular single malt whiskies, with limited editions that celebrate the Island’s Orcadian heritage and Viking roots.
