Distilled in 2010 at one of Japan’s fastest growing and most popular distilleries, it was then matured in a refill hogshead cask before being bottled at cask strength in 2019. It’s a pure and honest reflection of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at Ichiro Akuto’s distillery and given it’s highly limited in number, it’s worth getting your hands on while you can.
