Extra time in a second, new, charred oak barrel sets this Tennessee Rye Whiskey apart, with aromas of sweet smoke and burnt sugar on the nose. Each sip coats the palate with layers of charred oak and a hint of blackstrap molasses, building to a finish of fresh spearmint, anise, and dry baking.
