This delicious KI NO BI House Gin from the brilliant Kyoto distillery was created using a variation on the 11 botanical, 6 element recipe of the classic KI NO BI gin. It was reduced to 43% using water sourced from the well at the House of KI NO BI, resulting in a softer profile than usual. It brings elegant fruits of summer backed up by gentle herbal tones, with just a smidgen of spice creeping in towards the finish.
