La Diablada Pisco is made from Italia, Torontel, Quebranta, and Moscatel grapes, resulting in a complex and herbal spirit. Bottled at 40% ABV, this will do very nicely in a Pisco Sour of course, or try swapping Tequila out for this for a riff on a Margarita.
