Nose: Warm toasted bread, with rich maple and cinnamon spice.
Palate: Deep molasses coats the tongue, balanced by fig and roasted hazelnut.
Finish: A lingering, warm fade with evolving layers of sweetness and spice.

Larceny Bourbon is a wheated Bourbon brand, produced by Heaven Hills Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. The brand was launched in 2012 and is produced from barrels of Bourbon from 55 different rickhouses across six different sites. It is produced in commemoration of John E. Fitzgerald who was an agent for the U.S Treasury Department in the early 1900s. His position gave him access to the rickhouses where Bourbon barrels were stored and aged. Fitzgerald would thieve Bourbon from the best barrels for his person consumption. When Prohibition required barrels to be dumped, those that Fitzgerald had favoured were emptier and were then known as the 'Fitzgerald barrels'. The brand is composed of three different expressions of Bourbon. The Larceny Small Batch, Larceny Barrel Proof and the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-In-Bond. Larency is produced with a wheat-heavy grain bill with 20 percent wheat to compliment the 68 percent corn and 12 percent malted barley.
