Distillery Information

Little Book is a Bourbon whiskey brand and subsidiary of Jim Beam. It is produced by Freddie Noe who is the 8th generation of distillers from his family. The Little Book whiskey is released annually with each blend titles a "chapter". The latest Little Book Chapter 5: The Invitation is a blend of 2-,3-,5- and 15-year-old bourbons with the 3-year-old an exception of a malted rye. These flavours combine to create a complex blend with brown sugar undertones and a touch of sweetness.  Previous chapters include mash bills and grain varieties produced nowhere else within the Beam portfolio of whiskies.
