This 2020 vintage comes from the grinding and fermentation of the own canes from the estate. After distillation the rum stayed for 24 months in stainless steel tanks. Then it was aged and bottled to its natural degree (Brut de Colonne). Its aeration and regular brewing, give it flexibility and roundness at the time of tasting.
