Nose: Notes of roasted agave, fresh herbs, and citrus zest, layered with earthy minerality and subtle smoke.

Palate: Sweet and spicy profile with citrus notes on the mid-palate. Espadín contributes a soft sweetness and rounded texture, while Salmiana adds vibrant green flavors of eucalyptus, white pepper, and wild botanicals.

Finish: Long and clean, with lingering herbal freshness, gentle smoke, and a touch of salinity. Very refreshing.
