Marquis de Montesquiou VS Armagnac | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Apple, apricot, caramel, vanilla, pastries, and banana flambée

Palate: A very smooth texture coats the mouth. Full-bodied, fresh, and fruit with a slight hint of black pepper.

Finish: Fresh and vibrant, this VS is a nascent fusion of wood and fruit.

Distillery Information

The story of Marquis de Montesquiou armagnac began in the early 1950s with Pierre de Montesquiou, a passionate French Marquis and founder of the Maison Montesquiou. A direct descendant of the famous musketeer D’Artagnan, he was known to love three things: armagnac, camaraderie, and his Gascon homeland in the south west of France.
