This inaugural 2020 release of their limited edition “grain to glass” Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the distillery’s first Certified Texas Whiskey produced in Blanco, Texas. The mash bill is 70% corn, 22% malted rye and 8% malted barley. The Texan terroir, and careful attention to the selection of casks for aging round out the elements that make this bourbon so special. Just seven barrels came together to create this one-of-a-kind Texas whiskey. They non-chill filtered, and hand- bottled at barrel proof — 60.9% ABV / 121.9 proof — to showcase the richness and complexities that the distilling team meticulously cultivated along the whiskey-making process.
