The Inaequidens agave used in the Ensamble takes at least 15 years before it can be harvested and distilled into mezcal. Only 582 bottles released in this limited batch.

Two Sisters, Two Families. "We are two sisters, born and raised in rural Washington State and daughters of farmworker immigrants from Michoacán, Mexico. Between growing up in the lush Yakima Valley farmlands and spending time with our grandparents in rural Michoacán, we learned the hard work of cultivating and making real food. Through Mocel, we share these lessons. Spirits should be made with simple ingredients, crafted in small-batches to capture the superior flavors from those ingredients and designed to connect and share with the people around you. It is the way mezcalero families have been doing it for 400 years and it’s an honor to work alongside them and share that mezcal heritage with you."
