Monks Road Finished In Bourbon Barrel Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Initial cedar and toasted oak balanced with vanilla, spice, and stewed fruits. Hints of flora notes honey, citrus zest, and muted juniper.

Palate: Palate is rich in oak sweetness, with vanilla and warm mulling spices that push the juniper to the background. It displays a round satiny texture that is polished by the barrel aging.
