Neisson Profile Equilibre Carole Aurore Foundations | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh, subtle. At the same time lemony, vanilla and milky (coconut), the aromatic palette quickly evolves towards more vegetable (sugar cane), resinous (pine sap) and honeyed (acacia) registers.

Palate: Wide, creamy. Remarkably balanced, the taste palette evokes, at this precise moment, a single malt from Speyside that is both Herbaceous and fruity (pear, plum). Then, she returns to Martinique soil by unveiling flavors of fresh cane honey and ripe banana.

Finish: Long, silky. Slightly aniseed, the tasting now takes on exotic clothes (pineapple, coconut) and spicy (ginseng, cloves).

Distillery Information

The Neisson distillery was founded in 1931 by two brothers from a family of Carbet merchants who had acquired the Thieubert dwelling. Located near Saint-Pierre, at the foot of Montagne Pelée, this 20-hectare parcel of sugarcane land enjoys particularly favorable conditions, both climatically and geologically.
