Nose: Sweet, dark notes of forest fruits, creamy fudge, and hints of pear drops, with crisp orchard fruit and woody spice in tow.

Palate: Pear, cooked apple, chewy toffee, hints of hedgerow fruits, with peppery heat in the depths.

Finish: A touch of charcoal and ash are balanced by biscuity malt, lingering caramel, nutmeg, and pepper.
