This time Nobilis goes back to one of their favorite stills, the French Savalle Still from Uitvlugt. This rum was distilled in January of 1998, shipped to Europe as fresh rum and filled into used rum casks. The cask yielded 174 bottles. As always they bottled it at cask strength.
