Old Potrero Single Barrel Reserve Straight Rye Whiskey is a limited-release rye whiskey distilled in San Francisco at Anchor Distilling Co. It is aged for seven years in new charred American oak barrels, and is bottled at a cask strength of 130.32 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and is made with 100% rye grain. On the nose, it has aromas of rye grain, oak, caramel, and spice. On the palate, the whiskey has a smooth, full-bodied flavor, with notes of rye, baking spice, vanilla, and charred oak. The finish is long and spicy, with a hint of sweetness.
