It's infused with black cardamom, allspice, grains of paradise, vanilla, pink peppercorns, and local Manx honey and alexander seeds for a sweetly spiced profile that'll work well sipped neat with a cube of ice, topped with cola, or splashed in some grapefruit soda.

In the Irish Sea lies the Isle of Man, home to Outlier Distilling Company. Outlier handcrafts unique spirits that show the island's beauty. The distillery is in an old milking shed on Ballakelly Farm. They source most ingredients locally, including grain from the farm. Outlier focuses on being eco-friendly and uses special Manx ingredients. One of their products is Pudtroleum. It's an overproof rum with 55% alcohol. It's meant to add a fiery taste to Christmas pudding. It's made from local molasses. Their Hoolie Manx White Rum is also popular. 'Hoolie' means strong winds in Manx. It's twice distilled and has notes of biscuit cereal, liquorice, and fennel. They also make Piston Punch, a cocktail blend with this rum. Punk Croc is a special rum for the 2023 Manchester Rum Festival. It's aged in different casks, like Sauternes and Islay. It tastes of lemon sherbet, caramel, and tropical fruit. It became popular in Manchester.
