This organic, aged white rum from Ozean was infused with the essence of bergamot. Bergamot is a citrus fruit from Calabria in Southern Italy with a sweet, citrusy, and spicy character. The rum is made from Fair Trade sugar cane sourced from the world's oldest organic sugar mill, which uses natural fertilisers produced from waste products from the distillation process to help grow the cane.
