Penelope Cocktails | Peach Old Fashioned Tasting Notes
Nose: Dark cherry and vanilla with hints of stone fruit and orange peel.
Palate: Vanilla and allspice with decadent rich peach and fig.
Finish: Viscous lingering caramel syrup and sweet candied ginger spice.

Penelope Bourbon is an award-winning range of (predominantly) straight Bourbon Whiskey. Since its inception in 2018, the brand has gained traction rapidly and now sells to at least 37 US States and has a developing export market. Founder Mike Paladini was inspired to team up with childhood friend Danny Polisse to produce a Straight Bourbon to celebrate his wife's pregnancy with their daughter, Penelope. The whiskies are made at the MGP distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and the Bardstown Bourbon Company distillery in Kentucky.
