Located since 1863 on the island of Marie-Galante, in Grand Bourg, the small Poisson distillery produces ruhm agricoles that are highly appreciated all over the world. It is the oldest distillery on the island and still preserves the old stills for distilling rum, along with the most modern column distillation systems.
