On the nose the classic Stiggins’ pineapple flavors are present with a bit of flint lock smoke and oak spice with sweet brown sugar and molasses providing nice depth. Grilled pineapple on the palate with sweet vanilla candies and coconut. Rich rum with a pleasant mouthfeel with soft oak spice. The finish is gentle and well-rounded with tropical fruit flavors lasting longest after a soft wave of spice and smoke fade.
