This whiskey combines two great passions of the distillery - incredible provenance and the highest quality French oak. This nine-year-old was aged in a combination of Sherry butts, first and second fill American whiskey barrels, all finished in Sauternes casks.

Nose: Sweet aromas of floral perfume, peaches and vanilla mixed with hints of smoke

Palate: Warm notes of ripe fruit and sweet vanilla

Finish: Long and lingering finish of sweet chocolate and earthy notes of leather

Bruichladdich Distillery is a distillery on the Rhinns of the isle of Islay in Scotland. The distillery produces mainly single malt Scotch whisky, but has also offered artisanal gin. It is owned by Rémy Cointreau and is one of eight working distilleries on the island.
