Portofino La Penisola Dry Gin | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Palate: Oily pine and citrus lead the way, with resinous juniper, and herbaceous spice beneath.

Finish: Long, warming finish.

Distillery Information

Portofino Dry Gin was founded by Ruggero Raymo and Chris Egger as an ode to Raymo's grandfather, Klaus Pudel. Pudel saved Portofino from destruction during World War II and is considered a local legend in the village.
