The story goes that one day, while the master mezcalero was working in his distillery striving to craft the perfect mezcal, he decided to taste his latest batch. With the first sip, he fell into a delirium. A radiant creature, hard to discern, appeared to him, which he would describe as a piglet from whose head sprouted agave sparkles, resembling the mane of a lion.
