"Rod & Hammer's was founded by surfer Rod Cegelski and Aussie jackaroo Hamish "Hammer" Marshall, bonding over quality spirits in California's Central Coast (SLO). Established in 2019, they make acclaimed craft whiskey, notably using purified Pacific Ocean water for their "Cut With The Pacific" spirits, aging in air-dried oak barrels to capture the coastal essence, earning major awards like Wine Enthusiast's Top 100 Spirits. "
