RY3 Whiskey is the latest project from Phenomenal Spirits, a blending house located in Virginia Beach, VA. They initially gained regard for their Ron Izalco 10-Year rum, and then turned their attention to the whiskey world, utilizing 3 different mashbills of whiskeys to create their RY3 blended rye whiskey.
