Distillery Information

The distillery uses a Sato Still, which it says is one-of-a-kind, invented by master distiller Junji Mizue in 1989. The casks in which the whisky is aged are also Japanese, sourced from the Ariake Angyo Cooperage. Through careful sourcing, the brand is “ultimately creating a whisky that is 100% Japanese, seed to sip.”
