The single malt spent 11 years maturing in a refill bourbon hogshead between 2014 and 2025, and it's packed with layers of honeyed malt and barley sugar sweeties balanced by elegant waves of gentle peat smoke.

Nose: Floral malt, a touch of brine, fresh mint, and gentle peat smoke, with syrupy fruit and creamy white chocolate.

Palate: Crunchie bars, set honey, and barley sugars bring sweet balance to zesty lemon peels and peppermint.

Finish: Vanilla fudge, fruit pastries, liqourice, and peaty, peppery warmth.
