This Welsh gin from the St Davids distillery pays tribute to iconic local landmark Ramsay Island as the distillery celebrates the completion of the island's first project funded via sales of its gin. The installation of a UV tap on the island means that its shop has been able to remove single-use plastics that had previously been sold to visitors – all funded by gin sales! The gin is made with botanicals foraged on the island and nearby St Davids Peninsula, including water mint, and ling and bell heather. Enjoy this in a G&T garnished with bay leaf.
