Nose: Impressive and charming nose.

Talisker has retained the five still set-ups and continues to produce a highly individual new make that mixes smoke, fruit, sulfur, salt, and pepper. The malt is medium-peated, the words clear, the fermentation long. It is in distillation that things go slightly strange.
