Nose: Vanilla and blueberry pie. Apple, gooseberries and fresh lime. Summer berries, cocoa powder and oak.

Palate: Apple and zesty citrus. Raspberries, figs, aniseed and Brazil nuts.

Finish: Vibrant citrus and spicy pepper.

"The Cairn Distillery, owned by the historic Gordon & MacPhail family business, is a modern, architecturally striking distillery in Scotland's Cairngorms National Park, opened in 2022 to continue their legacy beyond their Benromach ownership, focusing on creating a new, forward-thinking single malt inspired by the landscape, with visitor experiences linking their long history (from 1895) to the future spirit releases in the 2030s. "
