Distilled in Kentucky from a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley, this straight bourbon spent five years maturing at the centre and on the ground floor of a Kentucky rickhouse before bottling at a satisfying 42%. A mellow sipper with waves of stone fruit and burnt caramel, baking spice, and vanilla.
