Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing different…except we have a license! I’m Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine. We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem. My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits.
