Tomatin Sherry Collection Pedro Ximenez Cask 2006 17 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Sticky toffee pudding and espresso.

Palate: Lemon curd with golden syrup and underlying flavours of dates, dried fig and muscovado sugar.

Finish: Long and warm with notes of rum.

Distillery Information

The Tomatin Spey District Distillery was registered on 8th June 1897, however unfortunately it was closed in 1906. Luckily, the company was purchased by experienced wine and spirits merchants and reopened as the New Tomatin Distillers Company Ltd.
