Nose: Caramel popcorn, pralines, and toffee apple, with hints of honeysuckle, peach, and nutmeg.

Palate: Spiced dried pear, apple, quince jelly, and lemon peel, evolving into lemon cream and hazelnuts.

Finish: A lingering spiced pear and black pepper warmth.
