It is made from 100% blue Weber agave plants, which are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens and then crushed using a traditional tahona stone wheel. This process creates a smooth and complex flavor profile with hints of citrus and a peppery finish. The tequila is then aged for two months in American oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and balanced taste.
