Distilled from a mix of 82% sorghum, and 18% wheat in Taiwan, and bottled 99.2 proof. On the nose, classic savory sweet sorghum flavors support a pleasantly chocolate forward profile with soft spice in the background. The palate is pleasant and well-rounded with sweeter flavors atop savory vegetal notes. The finish is round and balanced with sweeter chocolate notes fading into the distance with clove and subtle grassiness. A fun spirit for mixing or drinking straight.
