Distillery Information

The Caroni Distillery, founded in 1918 in Trinidad, became famous for producing heavy, high-ester rums prized by collectors worldwide. After its closure in 2002, Velier’s founder Luca Gargano rescued remaining barrels, preserving the distillery’s legacy through a series of iconic releases.
