Nose: Lemon meringue, baked vanilla cheesecake, and pineapple juice meet gentle campfire ash, smoked meats, and Murray mints.
Palate: Jaffa cakes, jelly sweets, banana, mango, peaches and cream, developing notes of fennel, rhubarb, and macadamia.
Finish: Sweet malt biscuits, lavender, and soft lingering peat give way to orange marmalade and sherbet zest.

"Wire Works Whisky tells the story of revival, named after the historic Johnson & Nephew wire works factory in Derbyshire, England, resurrected as the White Peak Distillery by founders Max and Claire Vaughan, preserving local industrial heritage with modern, craft whisky making, using local ingredients like spent brewer's yeast and honouring the site's past in their branding and spirit character."
