Producer Information
Established in 2000, Cedric Bouchard created his own Champagne House, Roses de Jeanne. Based in Aube, with originally only 1.09ha under vines he has now established Roses de Jeanne as one of the most promising small Champagne producers. Bouchard focuses on bio-dynamic production and champions the Pinot Noir grape variety. Since the beginning, he embraced the philosophy of; single vineyard, single variety (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay or Pinot Blanc), single vintage, zero dosage Champagnes.tage. The Domaine continues to grow and evolve. Bouchard increased his holdings by combining 1.37 hectares of vines previously owned by his father, with his own assortment of prime parcels. Although his father's holdings were originally bottled under the Inflorescence label, beginning in 2014 all cuvées were bottled under the Roses de Jeanne label.
