They specialize in crafting white wines, primarily from Chardonnay grapes, across various appellations including Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles, Viré-Clessé, and several Mâcon designations. The estate manages 12 hectares of vineyards and utilizes sustainable viticultural practices, including grassing and plowing of the clay-limestone soils. Their wines are vinified and aged in a historic building with cellars dating back to 1849, with a more recent cellar addition in 2014 for blending and barrel aging.
