Balblair 11 Year Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Fruity, tropical notes of banana bread, foam banana sweeties, vanilla custard, Tarte Tatin.
Palate: Sweet, creamy malt, white chocolate buttons, vanilla cream and sweet cinnamon with a touch of green banana beneath.
Finish: Creamy vanilla and soft, sweet fruits linger, with a touch of herbaceous barley and a pinch of peppercorn heat.

Balblair distillery is a Scotch malt whisky distillery located in Edderton, Ross-shire, Scotland. Founded in 1790, the distillery was rebuilt in 1895 by the designer Charles C Doig to be closer to the Edderton Railway Station on the Inverness and Ross-shire Railway line.
