Nose: Buttery vanilla and thick honey on granary bread. Hints of warm sawdust and cask char.

Palate: More buttery notes, now paired with lemon zest and ripe nectarine. A pinch of peppermint and vegetal oak.

Finish: Waxy peels, white chocolate, and butterscotch.
