Nose: Smoked meats and savoury coastal influence balanced by toffee apple, spiced chocolate, and dried fruit.

Palate: Rich mocha and golden syrup, leading into maritime peat smoke, plum skin, and more savoury meatiness.

Finish: Wood smoke, orange marmalade, and burnt vanilla pod.
