Distillerie du Peyrat Classic XO Organic Cognac is a French cognac from the Pays d'Auge region. The distillery, founded in 1887, is now a member of the Vignobles & Découvertes Group. The distillery has a long history, starting in 1887. The founder, Maurice Peyrat, had a natural curiosity and a penchant for experimentation. His pioneering spirit and creativity have led to a collection of Cognacs that are prized for their excellence. The Cognacs are distilled from wine grapes from the Pays d'Auge region, which is well-known for its vineyards. The distillery follows traditional practices and is one of the few to use the traditional Cognac copper pot stills. The Distillerie du Peyrat's high-quality spirits are a perfect choice for a special occasion.
