Old Sherry Pike is a blend of 6- and 12-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys with mash bills of 78% corn, 10% Rye, and 12 % Malted Barley for the 6-Year and 74% Corn, 18% Rye, and 8% Malted Barley for the 12-year. The Sherry Barrels were originally used in Spain to age Oloroso Sherry, a fortified wine known for its sweet and nutty characteristics. 1,757 bottles were produced at its natural cask strength- 59.45 Proof, or 118.9% ABV without chill-filtration.
