The Speysider matured in a trio of first-fill ex-bourbon and re-charred hogsheads for a decade, until 2021 when it was bottled for the Small Batch series. This particular bottling has a majestic blue boar scampering across the label, inspired by The Blue Boar pub owned by James Eadie himself!

Nose: Porridge drizzled with golden syrup, with honeyed orchard fruit, lemon curd, and brown sugar.

Palate: Enjoyably creamy, with apple crumble and lots of custard balanced by peppery oak.

Finish: Tart tatin, and apricot jam on toast.
