Glenrothes 34 Year Old Mythical Beasts Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose unfolds with notes of black cherry and marzipan, transitioning into candied fruit with rich, creamy butterscotch undertones.

Palate: Sherry flavours take the lead on the palate, accompanied by hints of dark toffee and vanilla.

Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.

Distillery Information

The Glenrothes story begins in 1878 when a distillery was founded by James Stuart and Co in the town of Rothes on the banks of the river Spey. Production commenced in 1879. The group also owned the nearby Macallan distillery.
